The PY2B030K0XXVP02 module from Sanyo Denki’s PY Super BL Servo Amplifiers series delivers high-performance Power MOSFET operation in industrial automation. It offers 600 V drain-source voltage, 20 A continuous current and up to 150 kHz switching frequency with an on-state resistance of about 3.0 mΩ. Operating between –40 °C and 150 °C, it measures 41.5 × 20.5 mm and has thermal resistance near 0.7 °C/W for reliable heat management. Gate charge is 45 nC with 15 ns turn-on and 20 ns turn-off delays for precise control.
