The QS1V15AM0XXXXC15 servo amplifier from Sanyo Denki is part of the Q SANMOTION Servo Amplifiers series. It uses a Schottky Barrier Rectifier diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 15 V and a forward voltage drop of 0.45 V at 1 A.
