The R32GENP-R2-NS-NV-00 is a top-performing brushless servomotor produced by Pacific Scientific. Belonging to the R32 series, this compact and lightweight (2.5kg) synchronous four-pole motor is particularly suited for installations where space is limited, offering a square profile of 3.25 inches. Its IP65-rated TENV construction is resilient and designed for environments demanding explosion-proof equipment with high temperature insulation and thermistor protection. With its G type winding and a two-inch magnetic stack, it operates without a holding brake, shaft seal or secondary feedback, relying instead on a size 21 frameless transmitter type resolver for its primary feedback. Ideal for speed and position control applications, the motor's stator features an anti-cog design delivering low inertia for rapid acceleration and deceleration. Its rare earth samarium-cobalt permanent magnets provide outstanding torque-to-inertia ratio and protect against demagnetization. With an operating speed of 4000RPM, it features a line-to-line inductance of 23mH and resistance of 7.3 Ohms. The motor's continuous stall current and torque are 2.9A and 1.7Nm respectively, with maximum static friction of 0.03Nm, peak torque of 4.4Nm and 8.7A peak torque current rating.
