The inverter has a high reliability rate and contains a thermostatic switch that identifies transformer overload. Its supports encompass serial, parallel, and Fieldbus interface compatibility. With adherence to the IP 20 protection standard, it assures heightened device safety. The R911170294 (PSI6100.630-L1) can be set in switchgear cabinets or modular enclosures and contributes to improving the welding quality by reducing transformer load and furnishing a stable welding current. Consequently, electrode life is extended and welding of aluminum and galvanized sheets is simplified. The unit employs an air-cooling method for heat removal and comes with a fan cowl. Running on a 400 V to 480 V line voltage and utilizing a 110 A continuous thermal current, the system operates on a 1 kHz clock frequency and a metal oxide varistor for overvoltage protection.
