The R911170701 (PST610-EL), a Bosch Rexroth Indramat product, is a highly sophisticated, automatically regulated transformer rectifier-power unit. Adopting a semiconductor design, this power unit is reliable for various welding projects, particularly in heavy duty industrial settings. It presents a compact design and is ideal for metal resistance welding. Complying with DIN EN 50082-2, it is built for industrial environments and offers resistance to electromagnetic interference. The unit's design accommodates an integrated weld timer, both parallel and serial Input/Output interfaces, and a Fieldbus communication interface. To maintain thermal stability, the product utilizes an air cooling mechanism and a mounted heat sink. Additionally, it features a built-in battery compartment.
The R911170701 (PST610-EL) unit also incorporates a BOS-5000 interface for programming, operations, and diagnostics. To ensure safety, the inbuilt thermostat monitors the power unit's temperature and trips the output function if it exceeds 80 °C. The unit’s capacity reaches a maximum of 76kVA.
