Built with a PowerPC microprocessor, it boasts an 8MB SDRAM main memory alongside a 256-byte serial EEPROM. It features a plethora of interfaces - a PC/104 interface, a RECO/PLC interface, and a SERCON 410B SERCOS interface included. The SERCOS interface, sporting a 4 MBaud transmission rate, enables efficient communication with a range of digital drives. The PC/104 interface includes a LK SCEB01 PC104 history card, as well as a connection board with a ribbon cable and PC slot plate. The product complies with EN 55022 specifications for Class A noise emittance and has a system monitoring-ready relay. The R911171710 (PPC-R22.1N-T-T3-NN-NN-FW) CNC module requires a vertical installation in a switch cabinet, which allows for hosting up to four module racks simultaneously. The module facilitates the use of a PC card-compatible firmware module. It encompasses power supply lines with a maximum fuse rating of 4A and delay action, along with a battery for real-time clock buffering. There is a 52W capacity for the I/O bus supplied by the control unit. Please note that the digital inlets and outlets have no function. Battery lifespan may vary depending on the frequency of control switching. Programming the empty PSM firmware module requires the manufacturer-specific DOLFI V02VRS programming tool. Storage and operating conditions should be within specified atmospheric pressure ranges (70kPA to 106kPA for storage and 86kPa to 106kPa for operation). The module is perfect for use with rotary transfer machines and should not be operated under extremely high temperatures.
