The R911190002 (HVE04.2-W075N) Power Supply Unit, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is purpose-built to provide unregulated DC bus voltage to drive controllers. Suitable for use in cases where space is limited, this compact module functions in harmony with one or more compatible drive controllers. The integrated contactor ensures secure power shutdown, thus enhancing safety. The unit's power capacity is determined by the power voltage. The acceptable relative humidity of the unit stands at a maximum of 95%. The module can hold an impressive 144W power for each mF of additional capacitance when connected to 3 x 400VAC. It is important to locate these modules near drive controllers of maximum performance. To prevent damage from high temperatures, a ventilated control cabinet installation is required.
The R911190002 (HVE04.2-W075N) power supply unit features a 250mm width and offers continuous DC bus power of 90kW. It can draw peak DC bus power of 270kW for 0.3 seconds, and short-term power of 180kW. This is possible when it is paired with a GLD20 DC bus choke and linked to a 3 x 480VAC main supply. Connection to the control voltage bus should only be made using prescribed manufacturer's cable. The unit has a high mains fuse rating of 160A. It supports mains current ratings of 80A without the DC bus choke and 120A with it.
