Bosch Rexroth Indramat's R911219099 (TDM 1.2-30-300-W0) is a highly functional servo drive that's predominantly used in automotive industries and CNC machines. It utilizes natural convection for cooling and features an X2 connection port to facilitate the integration of the programming personality module. The module is marked with a rating plate that delineates crucial product information such as the names of the servo drive and the motor it's attached to, continuous current ratings, the motor's operational speed etc. A red TS LED, embedded on the servo drive, indicates if the unit is operating within the approved temperature range, turning off if the ambient temperature exceeds the set safe limits. The drive, which is a Class C insulation device following DIN VDE 0110 rules, can function as either a tandem drive or a master-slave drive.
Always positioned under the X1 bus connection of the master servo drive during master-slave operations is the programming module MOD 1. This setup allows the master and slave drives to operate in either identical or opposite directions, dictated by the presence or absence of a jumper connection. By integrating the MOD programming module, the drive repair time is markedly diminished, enabling the correct match of drive to motor.
