The R911221500 (TVM 1.2-050-220/300-W1/115/220) is a high-quality power supply module created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. With a 2-configuration code and a 1-series code, this module enables drives to operate in generator mode. It features a nominal bus voltage of 300VDC, and utilizes natural convection for its cooling process. The device can be linked to multiple TCM 1 auxiliary capacitance modules, which store energy derived from braking actions in the DC bus circuit. This reduces heat loss within the enclosure. The unit can also integrate a dynamic braking feature, which is activated when the module is ready. With a 220VAC three-phase input voltage, this power supply module has line fuses with a 6.3A current rating. Fast and easy troubleshooting is enabled by the unit's LED displays, and it is designed to power OFF automatically in case of an error. The motor and drive connected to the device should be mutually compatible. The module generates signal voltages to power the electronic circuitry in the servo drives. It can operate within a frequency range of 50Hz to 60Hz, and incorporates a RESET button for instances of bleeder overload. For AC power input, the unit employs three terminals labeled L1, L2, and L3. Lastly, a top ground rail provides common grounding for up to three drives.
