The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911236136 (RAC 2.2-200-460-A00-W1) is a component of the RAC 2 series, functioning as a spindle drive controller. It's designed to operate at two levels: three-phase 400 Volts AC input (50 Hertz) or three-phase 460 Volts AC input (60 Hertz), and holds a current rating of 300 Amps. It's vital that the surrounding air temperature remains between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius, and the altitude less than 1000 meters to maintain the controller's optimal performance. Otherwise, there'll be a decrease in the output from the rated peak power output of 55 kilowatts to 44 kilowatts (80% of peak) should the ambient temperature surge to 55 degrees Celsius. At higher altitudes(2000 and 5000 meters), the output reduces to about 80% and 65% of the rated power values. The maximum permissible ambient humidity corresponds to humidity class F as per DIN 40 040, and must not exceed 70% in high humidity environments. However, the R911236136 (RAC 2.2-200-460-A00-W1) does not support bleeders, additional encoder input, and other interfaces. It's designed to handle an analog speed set point (±10 Volts), making it compatible with conventional CNC controls.
