Designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the R911247778 (MDD065A-N-040-N2L-095PA1) is a high-quality AC servomotor with a size code of 065. The motor includes a power connection housing the holding brake, temperature sensor and power cables. The temperature sensor plays a vital role in automatically shutting off the motor in case of overheating. The motor connects via a protective motor switch while the feedback communicates through a 12-pin flanged socket. This digital motor features an optical encoder and offers relative indirect position evaluation. The unit ensures an optimal performance with duty cycle time of at least 15 minutes and a top speed defined by the DC bus voltage from the supply source at the drive unit.
It's necessary that only authorized personnel, such as trained electricians, handle the motor starting operations. The motor should not be lifted using the fixed blower and should always be covered during transportation or storage.
