The R911252057 (DDS02.1-W100-DS13-00), a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a cutting-edge DDS02.1 drive controller that leverages the latest technological advancements for efficient and cost-effective operations. The controller’s standout features include its adaptable modular design, enabling it to be customised for diverse functionality, and its innovative heat technology for cooling, which utilises a control cabinet for airflow management. This controller, with an IP 10 Ingress Protection rating according to DIN 40 050, is designed to prevent any damage from solid foreign objects larger than 50mm. Its operational DC bus voltage is rated at 300V, allowing a +/- 15% tolerance and a current rating of 100A. The R911252057 (DDS02.1-W100-DS13-00) is compatible with MDD and MKD synchronous servo motors and LAR and LAF linear inductance motors, making it ideal for fast-response automation systems. Communication is facilitated via a plugin SERCOS interface, enabling operation with compatible digital drives via a fiber optics cable. Furthermore, this controller can evaluate reference switches, travel range limit switches and sensor inputs. The motor feedback option for this drive controller employs digital servo feedback.
