The Bosch R911254892 (MDD065B-N-060-N2L-095PA0), produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a synchronous servo motor from the MDD range. It operates at a rated speed of 6000 RPM and supports natural convection via a standard motor housing. When equipped with a cooling fan, the motor can also function with surface cooling. Its standstill continuous torque and current are 1.5 Nm and 5.9 Amps respectively for natural convection and slightly higher for surface cooling, at 1.7 Nm and 6.7 Amps. The peak output measures at 4.4 Nm torque and 26.3 Amps current. With a 30-minute thermal time constant during natural convection and 15 minutes with surface cooling, the motor weighs roughly 3.9kg and measures 178mm in length. The 100mm motor flange is completed by a 95mm centering diameter. The R911254892 (MDD065B-N-060-N2L-095PA0) motor has a 14mm main motor shaft with a keyway and a motor flange with four 9mm mounting holes. The motor comes secured in an IP65 rated housing, perfect for use in challenging conditions, and is equipped with an integrated encoder for digital servo feedback. Power connection is present on side A, although the power connector needs to be purchased separately. The motor dispatches feedback via a cable connecting to a feedback socket, which like the power connector, must be obtained separately. The motor delivers its rated output in ambient temperatures of 0-45 degrees Celsius and at an elevation of 0-1000 meters. Its coating, in black prime coat (RAL 9005), adds to its industrial robustness.
