The R911256155 (RAC 2.3-250-460-A00-W1), produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a highly specialized main spindle drive controller. Its purpose is to manage the speed and position of Indramat 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless spindle motors, based on signals provided by the digital control center. Notably, the controlled motors are distinct in their high stiffness and broad speed range, making them ideal for various Numerically Controlled industrial machines, such as drills and paper-processing units. The spindle drive controller operates with a high precision, resolving to one-four millionth of a revolution, ensuring efficient control even at lower speeds.
Equipped with an AS programming module, the spindle drive controller can be tailored to the main spindle motor, enabling the implementation of the drive's unique operating characteristics. Each selected spindle drive includes a corresponding AS programming module with the controller.
