The R911259674 (MDD112C-N-030-N2M-130PA1) Digital AC Servomotor, crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is ideal for high-speed cutting applications, thanks to its 112-sized code and compatibility with a digital drive controller. This robust yet efficient device boasts of low inertia and is constructed from permanent magnets that utilize either iron oxide or rare-earth magnetic materials. Complementing its dynamic performance is a 14Nm blocking brake. Marked by operational reliability and maintenance-free functionality, it features a temperature-resistant standard housing that allows for surface cooling and natural convection. A form-fitting shaft-hub-connection is provided, courtesy of the shaft with a keyway. Equipped with flanged socket connectors, the servomotor enables seamless connection of feedback and power cables. The motor operates optimally up to a maximum temperature of 55°C and can absorb shocks on the longitudinal axis for up to 22ms. The black prime coated housing of the unit is designed for mounting in line with Design B14 through a threaded mounting flange and can be installed vertically, upwards or downwards. Notably, it offers an IP 65 protection category for the shaft and employs radial-type surface cooling. The blocking brake does not assure personnel safety, necessitating a one-minute shutdown of the drive controller post-closing. A variety of connecting cables for the blocking brake, temperature sensor, and power connection are integrated into the system.
