The KVR 1.3-30-3 drive supply module, belonging to the renowned KVR Series, forms a pivotal part of the progressive Indramat AC Drive System. This system comprises a power supply and drive modules, allowing multiple drives to be coupled with a single supply module. The KVR 1.3-30-3 stands out with its unique regenerative abilities and modular design, incorporating cutting-edge heat sink technology and a revolutionary external design. Capable of rectifying three-phase mains alternating voltage, the KVR 1.3-30-3 delivers a consistent, regulated link circuit of DC voltage for the drive’s power supply. If the drive operates in generator mode, the KVR 1.3-30-3 works as an inverter to feed power back to the mains. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the KVR 1.3-30-3 employs buffer capacitors. With an evaluated power of 30 kW and a maximum overload capacity of 100 kW, it also tolerates input voltage between 380 to 460V. The KVR 1.3-30-3 registers a link circuit voltage of 320V when connected to other circuits.
