The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911266805 (DDS03.2-W050-BE12-01-FW) is a powerful drive controller characterized by its modular concept, allowing for flexible combination with AC servo and main drives. This creates a compact, lower energy consumption drive package that pairs well with MKD, MDD, LAF, and LAR AC motors. This product is particularly suited for use in industrial robotics, textile machinery, and food processing machines. It can be safely connected to any Indramat supply unit featuring a regulated DC 24 V voltage, such as KDV 1.3, TVM 2.4, and TVM2.1 supply units. However, it should not be operated with a TVM 1.2 supply unit due to voltage irregularities. The R911266805 (DDS03.2-W050-BE12-01-FW) is essentially pre-configured, containing hardware and firmware components suitable for your specific needs. The basic unit includes software modules, plug-in modules, firmware, and the drive controller itself. This DDS controller features three lines, an internal air cooling method, a rated current of 50A, a digital servo and resolver motor feedback, and a SERCOS interface. Please note that the firmware must be ordered separately, the software module is contingent on the drive's functionalities, and due to its heat technology, the unit should be installed in a large control cabinet with optional air conditioning. The SERCOS interface permits operation with SERCOS-compatible controls via fiber optic cable, and the acceptable operating temperature ranges from 0 to 45 degrees.
