The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911268850 (DDS02.2-W100-BE06-01-FW) DDS02.2-W100-BE05-03-FW Drive Controller is designed with auxiliary plug-in modules in slots U1 to U4 located on the lower half of its front panel. The drive controller operates with cooling provided by airflow in the control cabinet. It requires a specific software module contingent on its functionality and chosen hardware configuration. The software unit contains parameters for both the drive's device and firmware. A configuration plate on the unit details the modules used in the controller. The device's current intake comprises the total current consumption of the motor feedback and plug-in modules, with a maximum peak current rating of 100A. The drive controller can handle a maximum absolute humidity of 25g/m3 and foreign object penetration of objects over 50mm in diameter. It is equipped with an S1 Reset Key for immediate resolution of operation faults and multiple connection points for motor power, protective conductor, motor brake, and temperature monitoring. The device comes with two analog diagnostic outputs useful for commissioning and testing. These outputs offer a 10VDC output voltage rating and 4mA current load capacity. For optimal performance, power and feedback cables up to 75m in length are recommended if using manufacturer's cables. A function ID code of 06 comes with the unit and the firmware is bought separately. For communication between the control and the drive, a fiber optic cable is used.
