The Rexroth Indramat R911269061 (DKR03.1-W100N-B), produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a state-of-the-art, 100 Amps DKR series drive controller, compatible with various Rexroth Indramat motors including the 2AD / ADF series spindle, 1MB series frameless spindle, and LSF / LAF linear motors. Depending on the power requirements, DKR controllers come in different power ratings and provide customizable slots (U1 to U5) for various optional modules. A fully configured DKR drive controller, delivered as a complete unit, comprises the base unit, software module, interface cards, and plug-in modules. The R911269061 (DKR03.1-W100N-B) model boasts an integrated cooling blower system, a digital servo and resolver feedback system, and a built-in bleeder. Designed to take in a 400 to 480 Volts AC three-phase input, the R911269061 (DKR03.1-W100N-B) operates efficiently within a line frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz whilst tolerating a ±10% variation in the input voltage. It can deliver a maximum power of 26 kilowatts (at 4 kHz tact frequency) or 22 kilowatts (at 8 kHz tact frequency). Weighing approximately 49 kilograms, it has dimensions of 690 x 390 x 310 mm and operates optimally within an ambient temperature ranging from 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. The unit is suitable for installation up to an elevation of 1000 meters and its housing meets the IP20 protection rating in line with IEC 529 and EN 60529 standards.
