The R911270155 (DDS02.1-W100-DA02-01-FW) is a high-quality drive controller, manufactured by industry leaders, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, known for their expertise in advanced drive and control products. This product is a part of the acclaimed DDS series of the DIAX 02 drive controllers. It comprises of the controller base unit, along with software and plugin modules. As a 2nd series drive controller, it features internal cooling, which ensures extreme conditions are managed without external heat exchangers. The unit has a current rating of 100 A and the inclusion of digital servo feedback further enhances its performance. Please note that the firmware for this unit needs to be separately purchased. Being an IP 20 rated product, the R911270155 (DDS02.1-W100-DA02-01-FW) does not yield protection against dust and water. Therefore, installation inside a control cabinet with high IP ratings is highly recommended. The drive controller operates at a maximum of 55°C with derated data and up to 45°C with its rated data. The device's maximum allowable elevation is 1000 m. For ease of usage and correct part ordering during breakdowns, it comes with a configuration rating plate that specifies which components fit into which slots.
