The R911275266 (DDS02.1-F050-D) Drive Controller is a top-grade product manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It includes a configuration rating plate that offers critical information to quickly locate replacement parts, ensuring efficient servicing or replacements. Characterised by a peak current of 50A, the device can operate at a maximum temperature of 55°C applying derated data. The controller, which lacks a communications module, is designed with protective features against penetration by solid objects larger than 50mm in diameter. It is recommended that the drive is positioned near the power supply to meet the minimum distance clearance.
The terminals on the controller are secured with M6 screws with a 5Nm tightening torque. Signal lines for the device should also be installed away from supply lines to prevent interference.
