The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911276400 (DDC01.2-N050C-DS50-00-FW) is a digital servo drive that's incapable of decelerating in a controlled manner when the Bb contact is open. An integral mains contactor ensures the unit only switches on when the ZKS input is closed. It's designed to halt by opening this input. Equipped with an X8 interface, the device can communicate with machine control units via a maximum 20-meter cable. The fault reset key clears any issues shown on the display, while the X3 connector links to analog inputs and outputs. The R911276400 (DDC01.2-N050C-DS50-00-FW) needs to be stored and transported in conditions between -30°C and 85°C, with relative humidity capped at 95%. The device interfaces with a PC or VT-100 terminal via an RS 232 connection at the X2 connector. Prior to high voltage checks, all connections should be removed. The unit boasts a maintenance-free operation, but be wary of the heatsink clogging if used in dirty conditions. Exceeding the recommended installation altitude will result in reduced power and torque. Note that the DC bus can short if a fault occurs. The device measures 635mm in length, must be installed vertically, and needs properly done cable leadthroughs to maintain its IP 65 protection category.
