The R911282310 (DDC01.2-N100A-DS50-01-FW), a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, specializes in providing advanced solutions for a cross-section of industrial sectors. The unique selling point of this model is its function in enhancing motion control systems. This microprocessor-controlled servo drive manages the drive control, inspection, setting, and diagnostics of the AC servo motor. Equipped with an RS-232 serial interface for device linkage purposes, it has been built with dynamic braking to halt the servo motor in emergencies. Operating at AC 3 × 220 – 230 V, it generates 10kWs regenerated power during braking and dissipates a continuous power of 0.25 kW. The R911282310 (DDC01.2-N100A-DS50-01-FW) comes with a peak current requirement of 100 A and keeps noise emission low. Identifiable by its function numeric code (50) and version code (01), the drive functions best between +5 to +45 degree Celsius. The unit power loss is around 500 W, not considering the continuous power consumed by the bleeder resistor. Slot 1 houses the DSS 1.1 (SERCOS interface) command interface card. The drive also allows for its motor positioning through digital servo feedback and holds IP65 protection rating.
