The R911285576 (MHD093C-035-PG0-BA) synchronous motor, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a brushless design ideal for use in food and paper processing machines. Endowed with lifetime-lubricated bearings, the motor offers high performance due to a favorable torque-to-inertia mass ratio. Heed should be taken while handling as incorrect connections may lead to high voltage discharge and the surface can become hot during operation. For long periods of non-use, store the motor horizontally with the protective sleeve on the drive shaft intact. For safe transport, only use lifting sling belts and move the motor horizontally.
Designed for versatile installation, the motor boasts a peak current rating of 83.5A and a theoretical maximum torque of 88Nm. It isn't built to withstand non-ambient operating conditions or submersion. Only operate once preventive measures, like installation of guards and covers, have been implemented. The live parts should be housed in a control cabinet or similarly protective housing. The motor is equipped with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder for digital servo feedback.
