The R911287180 (MHD115B-024-NP0-BN) is an exceptional servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat with an emphasis on digital servo feedback. It's highly versatile and used across various sectors, including handling and automation, machine tools, and the paper and printing industry. It features a uniquely designed housing that is conducive for natural convection and liquid cooling. Key specifications when using natural convection at 60K overtemperature include: 50 Nm continuous torque at standstill; 32.3 continuous current at standstill; and 2000 RPM rated speed, among others. With natural convection at 100K overtemperature, metrics are slightly higher, whereas with liquid cooling, key metrics such as continuous torque and current at standstill significantly increase. The motor functions at a typical speed of 4000 RPM, which is also its maximum speed, and does not include a holding brake. Its main shaft, equipped with a key and seal, gives the motor an IP65-degree protection. The F-class insulation motor is housed in a matte black casing and weighs approximately 40 kg. For optimal maintenance, the motor should be kept in a horizontal position during transportation. Impacts to the motor flange and shaft should be avoided and the protective sleeve should only be removed before mounting.
