The R911287416 (FWA-ECODR3-FLP-01VRS-MS) is a proprietary firmware designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for ECODRIVE03 automation systems. This firmware is engineered specifically for integrating NC control, and Profibus and parallel interfaces in ECODRIVE03 systems. These controllers, available in 40, 100, and 200 Amps peak current ratings, are compatible with synchronous motors possessing maximum torque ratings of up to 48Nm and 64Nm. The FLP series of drive controllers utilize parallel and Profibus-DP interfaces and are compatible with MKD, MKE and MHD motor families. The R911287416 (FWA-ECODR3-FLP-01VRS-MS) firmware supports measuring systems including HSF/LSF and resolver. The firmware incorporates a range of functions including one NC axis, preselection of speed, and varied unit definitions. It supports manual, automatic, and parameter operation modes with system variables, marker flags, subroutine processing, and a 1000-line sequential program. Support is also provided for the RS serial interface which includes protocols for RS-232 and RS-485, programming through ASCII, SIS, and IDS connection. The firmware storage for parameters and user programs is NOVRAM. Additionally, it offers extensive diagnostic options, multiple language support, parameters for travel limitation, evaluation of encoders for position/velocity control, and monitoring systems for velocity and position control loops.
