The R911290855 (DDS02.2-A100-BE42-03-FW) is a sophisticated DDS digital drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Possessing a modular layout, this cutting-edge device excels in versatility, facilitating the integration of AC servo and main drives to form compact drive packages using a single supply unit. In combination with specific AC servo motors, this digital drive controller operates as a rapid-response drive unit, enhancing performance and efficiency. Part of the DDS series, the Line 2 R911290855 (DDS02.2-A100-BE42-03-FW) model comes equipped with a SERCOS interface, facilitating operation with SERCOS-compatible controls via a fiber-optic cable. Rated for a current of 100A, it operates within a designated DC bus voltage of 300V (±15% tolerated). The controller can connect with any supply unit featuring a 24V DC voltage. Its compact form allows for a neat fit in a control cabinet with an IP 10 rating as per DIN 40 050. Utilizing cold technology, the cooling airflow is directed outside the control cabinet, substantially dissipating heat. Compatible motors for the DDS controller can either have digital servo or resolver feedback. Operable ambient temperature ranges from 0°C to 45°C, with a maximum allowable relative humidity of 95%.
