The R911291753 (MHD093B-035-PG1-LA) synchronous motor is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This product must be stored and transported horizontally, unloaded, and handled by equipment such as cranes equipped with sling belts for lifting. To prevent damage, its shaft is covered by a protective plastic sleeve which is to be removed immediately prior to installation. Conducting installation, operation and maintenance requires skilled technical personnel. To assure correct and damage-free installation, this motor must be mounted in a clean and dry environment. Mounting the flange to the product requires 4 x M10 screws, tightened to a torque of 51Nm and of 8.8 minimum strength values.
The functioning of this motor necessitates securely fastened plug connectors. Connecting or disconnecting should be done once the connectors are dry and are not carrying any electricity. Correct connection to the motor should follow the system circuit diagram provided by the machine manufacturer. It's important to note the device is designed to operate ideally at a maximum altitude of 1,000m above sea level. Exceeding these conditions will require accounting for the utilization factors. The motor's encoder must be correctly affixed to the thread of its connection housing. This motor has a maximum torque of 66Nm and comes with a B length code. Moreover, the product's power connector flange socket is designed to rotate 270°, ensuring versatile accommodations.
