The R911294757 (MTC-R01.1-E1-A2-FW), manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an instrumental component of the MTC200-R CNC (Computer Numerical Control) controller system. This indispensible module forms the heart of the system, comprising a CNC processor along with an integrated axis processor. In addition, a supplementary module can be incorporated in the slot U1 to manage an extra eight drives. This module comes without any export restrictions and includes an axis processor module with coprocessor supporting up to 16 axes. Please note, firmware for the R911294757 (MTC-R01.1-E1-A2-FW) must be ordered separately. The R911294757 (MTC-R01.1-E1-A2-FW) module is pivotal for the communication between the controller and digital drives via the industry-standard SERCOS interface. The addressing for the axis processor is managed using DIP switches. It can work efficiently at ambient temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The module expects a 24 V DC input, tolerating up to a 4 Vpp ripple, and operates within an input voltage range of 18 to 28 V DC. It dissipates heat up to 14.3 Watts and draws a maximum current of 510 milliamps. The lightweight module of 1.0 kg comes in a compact size of 41.5 x 192 x 152 mm. Compatible with both glass and plastic fiber cables, precautions should be made to protect these cables from undue stress during the installation process.
