The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911295331 (CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW) is a modular control section designed for precise motor control, making it an essential component of the Bosch IndraDrive controller system. This controller system, utilized for applications like factory automation, material handling, and robotics, uses this control section along with other controller components such as power section, firmware, and control panel. The functionality of the control section extends to regulating speed, torque, and direction of the motor, and incorporates sensors to monitor system performance. In terms of communication, the R911295331 (CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW) is equipped with a SERCOS interface. Additional features include optional encoder HSF/RSF or EnDat 2.1 interface module, with two vacant slots for customizable modules. One slot can be filled with encoder, encoder emulation, or digital/analog I/O modules, while the second is designated for a safety module. The control section should be connected to a standard control panel before power on for it be recognized. This control panel consists of a single-line display and four buttons for easy navigation, allowing operators to effectively configure the control section, set drive address, adjust SERCOS transmission power and execute commands.
