The R911296634 (CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW), a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is part of the advanced CSH series. This versatile control section features customizable configuration, tailored to the user's requirements. Integral connection points include H1, which provides an interface for a control panel, and X2, for connecting serial interfaces utilizing a stranded wire with 0.25 to 0.5sq.mm. thickness. The digital input settings accept either 3mA or 24V, while the analog outputs provide a 5V output voltage and support a 1mA current rating. This highly technical controller unit also boasts a SERCOS interface for master communication, equipped with a distortion LED. Fiber optic cables connect the drive controller, featuring this control section, to higher-level control units with 0.6Nm maximum-tightening torque union nuts. Utilizing an HSF / RSF encoder, the controller does not employ a second optional slot. It includes an S1 type safety option complete with safety technology I/O and a standard control panel. Suitable for any drive controllers appearing in motorized food and packaging machines, additional sensors may be required for control and monitoring purposes. It is vital these sensors are correctly programmed before commissioning the controller.
