Utilizable with single-axis CSH control sections, this product thrives in complex environments such as mounting and handling equipment, packaging and food processing machinery, and machine tools. This versatile control section supports an array of standard encoders, beneficially complemented by an efficient encoder evaluation interface and a 5V supply voltage. It is suitable for sin-cos encoders (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines or reference track, and 5V-TTL square-wave encoders. Communication is optimized through a SERCOS module, permitting robust linkage to principal control units using interference-proof fibre optics cables. The standard control panel permits transmission control, drive address setup, fault memory access, basic load defaults initiation, along with analogue output settings. The integrated safety technology features a starting lockout, adhering to EN 60204-1's stop category 0. It supports switching frequencies ranging from 2kHz to 16kHz and allows for installation up to 1,000m above sea level. Note that fibre optics cables and compatible firmware must be separately acquired.
