Designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the R911298461 (MHD093B-035-NP0-RA) is an MHD servo motor, constructed with an IP65-rated motor housing for protection from dust and low-pressure water jets applied in any direction. This makes the motor safe to operate outside control cabinets and suitable for placement near machinery, reducing costs associated with hard-to-reach installations and extended cable runs. Moreover, the reduced cable runs ease system maintenance and troubleshooting. It weighs a substantial 19 kilograms and features a matte black exterior for an understated aesthetic.
The motor's shaft aligns with DIN 6885-1 standards and includes a key. The motor's power connector is oriented to the right, while the R911298461 (MHD093B-035-NP0-RA) excludes a holding brake, which, however, can be obtained separately if required. With digital servo feedback feature, the motor ensures effective operational control. Sealing air connectors are provided and substitute the motor flange socket cover, creating an overpressure inside the motor to repel the ingress of coolants and penetrating oils.
