The R911306129 (CSH01.1C-PL-EN1-NNN-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW) control section made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is free from substances such as chlorinated hydrocarbons, asbestos, and mercury. Bearing dimensions of 241 x 103 x 49.5mm, it furthers its interfacing capabilities with a specific control panel interface. The power for its digital outputs is externally supplied at the connective points X31.8 and X31.9. Safety is prioritized, with a protective diode guarding against incorrect connections and polarity reversals. Its third and fourth digital inputs function like travel range limit switches, while the fifth serves as a home switch. The device is equipped with two type-2 digital inputs acting as probe inputs, controlled via bounce-free switching units to avoid misinterpretation of signals. An EN1 optional module with an AC output voltage of 18.2V and a maximum output current rating of 70mA is included for functions akin to an HSF / RSF encoder. The device is accommodating for both input and output, configurable either as a digital input or output. It meets IEC 61131 specifications and uses a multimedia card for the storage and retrieval of operating data, drive parameters, and firmware.
