The R911306865 (CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-EN2-EN2-S1-S-NN-FW) is a control section module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Primarily, this module is designed to fit seamlessly into the power section of a Bosch Rexroth drive controller. The device is furnished with a SERCOS interface for master communication, and the interface union nut is fastened with a tightening torque of 0.6Nm. It operates at switching frequencies of 2, 4, and 8kHz and boasts two digital inputs. Stranded wires ranging from 0.75 to 1.5mm² in cross-section and 20-14AWG in thickness can be used to connect the digital inputs. It supports one-time configuration with optional modules, and the module's physical dimensions are 103 x 322.6 x 49.5mm. Additionally, the control section carries an HSF/RSF encoder at its X4.1 connector and an EnDat 2.1 / 1Vpp / TLL encoder at its X4.2. X8.1 and X8.2 connectors. Firmware for this control section must be ordered separately. Safety technology I/O features are available in the R911306865 (CDB01.1C-SE-EN1-EN2-EN2-EN2-S1-S-NN-FW) control section. Coupling with the power section is facilitated by a plugging mechanism. The module's SERCOS interface includes a distortion LED. Connection to a high-level control unit is possible via fiber optic cables (sold separately). A standard control panel is incorporated in the product, and its maximum permissible bus length varies according to the bus rate. The encoder has a supply voltage rating of 5V +/-5% per cable.
