The R911311054 (FCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-NNBV) is a top-of-the-line frequency converter, created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, renowned for their control products and automation systems. This device is part of the IndraDrive series of frequency converters, which feature a unique, modular design that can be customized to various applications and operations. Its primary function is to execute speed and position control with AC asynchronous motors, achieving this through its sensor-less vector current control, enabling high starting and overload torques for connected drives. The overall design allows for adjacent installation without the need for additional space, and offer precision motor speed control. This model, R911311054 (FCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-NNBV), packs impressive overload capabilities, handling an overload of 150% for a minute and 200% for 3.5 seconds. It’s construction is silicone and asbestos free. An integrated brake resistor facilitates four-quadrant operation with the option of using an external brake resistor. This device can also self-identify motor parameters and switch between them online, with four parameter records available. Additionally, the frequency converter includes a secondary braking system capable of decelerating connected machines through programmable DC braking.
