The product assigned the code R911311757 (PPC-R22.1N-T-NN-P1-P2-FW) is a multi-axis motion and logic control, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Featured with a Reco 02 form factor, it employs a backplane bus for data exchange and uses VisualMotion in tandem with the manufacturer’s EcoDrive 03 series and DIAX04 group of digital servo drives. Communication with the servo drive happens in real-time via a SERCOS interface. The control device supports direct plug-in to the Reco 02 rack and also compatible with Reco 02 I/O modules. Please note that the device must always be installed upright. This control device comes with the VisualMotion GPP 10 firmware that offers non-coordinated and multi-axis coordinated motion control with integrated logic control features. Often used in robotics and electronic line shafting applications, the device also supports various optional interfaces. For safe usage, the device should be used as specified by the manufacturer, and it may require additional actuators and sensors for controlling and monitoring the servo drives. Installation and start-up procedures must follow guidelines provided in the documentation. The device should only be connected with approved spare parts and accessories. The front panel features a reset button, a LED status display, and a display toggle button. With a network-accessible Ethernet connection, it does not encrypt control data. It is delivered in custom military-grade foam packaging for protection.
