The R911314007 (MHD093C-024-PG0-BN), produced by renowned industrial automation equipment manufacturer Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a powerful synchronous motor designed to offer robust performance. Engineered to furnish high torque even in the most challenging conditions, the MHD093 synchronous motor comes with a plain output shaft and can generate a continuous power between 2.7 – 9.5kW in natural/liquid cooling mode. At a standstill, the motor's continuous torque ranges between 23 – 43.7Nm, operating at a characteristic speed of 2000rpm. The motor also consumes 4.9 – 16.6A power under the rated voltage of 320 – 355VAC provided by the respective drive controller.
This model is adaptable for both natural and liquid cooling setups. In its liquid cooling mode, the coolant enters the motor at a speed of 1.4l/min to help dissipate heat. The temperature of inlet coolant must lie within the range of +10 to +40 degrees Celsius. Furnished in a B05 flange design, the motor can operate up to an altitude of 1000m/sea level in any installation position. Note that only a qualified person should handle the installation of this MHD synchronous motor, as its operational temperature range should be kept between 0 to +40 degrees Celsius, even under humid conditions.
