The R911317019 (MSK061C-0600-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN) is a product from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, being part of the highly-regarded MSK motor series. These motors are mainly used for industrial automation purposes and their versatility is demonstrated by their ability to be installed in four alternate directions (IM B5, IM V1, IM V3, and IM B36). The exterior of these motors is protected with a black varnish, safeguarding from diluted acids, lye, saltwater, sewage current, mineral oils, and organic solvents. However, whilst the paint provides no protection against concentrated acids/lyes, an external layer can be added bearing in mind a maximum thickness of 40 µm. Keeping with its technologically advanced features, the R911317019 (MSK061C-0600-NN-M1-UP0-NNNN) integrates a multi-turn encoder system ensuring precise motor positioning, coupled with a speed monitoring system. It is equipped with an IP65 protection system, safeguarding against dust and water infiltration. The motor is connected to the main machine via a shaft with a keyway. It maintains two electric connectors comprising a power connector for the temperature sensor, and an encoder connector for the encoder system. Other notable features comprise a maximum torque of 32Nm, a peak current of 34.7A, and tightly regulated thermal data of 60K housing temperature and 100K winding temperature. The natural convection cooling system ensures dissipation of excess heat, and in tandem with an effective thermal overload monitoring system, prevents any potential damage from overheating.
