The R911323665 (MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-AG2-RNNN), an advanced servo motor, is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat and is ideal for broad-ranging industrial applications due to its numerous features. With 60K overtemperature, it yields a continuous standing torque of 38 Nm and a constant standing current of 21.6 Amps. These figures increase to 43.5 Nm and 27 Amps respectively at 100K overtemperature. Although built for convection cooling, the motor also supports forced air cooling, thereby boosting constant torque output to 57 Nm and current output to 32.4 Amps. The motor also incorporates a precise optical multiturn encoder with an EnDat 2.1 interface and rated for 2048 signal periods.
For the MSK motor, Bosch offers six selectable singleturn/multiturn encoders and optional holding brakes. The MSK100C motor offers two holding brake options with torque values of 32 Nm and 70 Nm, with the latter applied to the R911323665 (MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-AG2-RNNN) motor. The brake characteristics include a 24V DC voltage rating, a 1.29 Amps current evaluation, a maximum switch-on time of 53 milliseconds, and a maximum switch-off time of 97 seconds. The arrangement of the electric power socket is on the A-side of the housing, and the motor shaft can be with or without a keyway; however, the R911323665 (MSK100C-0300-NN-M2-AG2-RNNN) motor comes with a smooth shaft.
