The R911325668 (MSK050C-0450-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN), a synchronous servomotor, is the brainchild of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, manufactured specifically to facilitate installations up to an elevation of 1,000m. It is essential to follow all documentation and regulations during installation and operation, particularly to ensure the device is only operated within non-explosive atmospheric conditions. The servomotor comes with a drive controller, to be operated only by qualified personnel, as the motor housing can get exceedingly hot during usage. The motor also includes an integrated optical encoder with 2,048 signal periods and a built-in holding brake that is controlled by the drive controller.
This high-end motor utilizes natural convection for cooling and must be allowed to cool up to 140 minutes after being switched OFF. Additionally, it boasts UL listing and CSA certification. It's equipped with a smooth shaft and a radial shaft sealing ring and requires secure tightening of all connectors during use. The motor's holding brake, with a rated current of 0.65A, can connect for up to 20ms and disconnect for up to 60 seconds. The servomotor can operate with derated data at temperatures up to 55°C, albeit under risk of corrosion due to aggressive materials. The brake must only be used when a drive-internal brake check is done, and the motor is at a standstill.
