The R911335569 (MSK071C-0300-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN) model has a specifically designed housing to boost concentricity and run out. It encompasses an optional holding brake rated at 23 Nm torque, which activates to free the motor shaft for rotating only after a 24 Volts DC signal is received. Furthermore, the motor also incorporates an optical multi-turn, absolute EnDat 2.1 encoder with 2048 signal periods. The motor shaft is finished plainly and includes a sealing ring. The R911335569 (MSK071C-0300-NN-M2-UG1-RNNN) motor, with its shaft seal, sealed connectors, and sealed housing, earns an IP65 protection rating, affirming it to be wholly dustproof and safeguarded against low-pressure water jets from any direction. Designed for natural convection cooling, it uses ambient air for heat dissipation. However, surface cooling or forced air cooling, supported by cooling flans or blowers, can also be used to expel motor heat. The motor's torque and current output are contingent on the cooling method implemented; the motor delivers higher torque with surface cooling than natural convection. For increased efficiency, liquid-cooled MSK motors are also available.
