The R912003658 (FVCA01.1-22K0-3P4-MDA-LP-P001-01V01) is a frequency converter built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It features a control circuit wiring mechanism that accommodates cables with a cross-section of 0.3mm2 to 1mm2, secured by 0.8Nm torque screws. Ensuring safe and efficient operation, both the fuse and power cables conform to VDE 0298 Part 4 specifications. The converter is designed with an incorporated Class C3 EMC filter for enhanced usage in industrial settings. The operation is made simple via a Run button in its operator panel, which also displays the current operational state and mode configurations. The feature button allows seamless navigation between the display and menu. Notably, output terminals should remain detached from the power supply, and the unit can only be energized when connected to the main power flow. The device contains safety precautions, indicating overcurrent upon incorrect wiring. The converter permits the user to alter both acceleration time 1 and deceleration time 1 parameters during either Run or Stop mode. However, parameter modifications or copying is disabled when incorrect parameters are input. Energy efficiency is increased as the unit’s backlight automatically switches off after 80 seconds of inactivity when in energy-saving mode. Lastly, the converter's total running time can be viewed using the b0.13 parameter. To ensure safe shipping, the converter can be packed in bespoke military-grade packaging designed to prevent transit damage.
