The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RAC 2.2-150-460-A00-Z1 is a high-performance, digital main spindle drive controller. Designed to offer direct control for Indramat 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and frameless spindle motors with an output of 30 to 52 kW, it is distinguished by its precise low speed control and autonomous spindle positioning capabilities. The device includes an integrated cooling system with a heatsink fan, along with multiple interfaces for feedback, CNC control, and additional connections. Additional features include speed set-point interfaces, a serial interface, and a digital position set-points input. While it is designed for use in humid workshops, it carries an IP 10 protection class rating to protect against solid object damage, with IP 54 and IP 24 ratings for the control cabinet interior and cooling fan respectively. This ensures the product meets stringent protection standards as set by DIN VDE 0160.
