The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's RAC 2.2-200-460-A0I-W1 is a user-friendly and versatile spindle drive controller. Compatible with a host of industrial motors, it pairs effectively with Indramat 2AD asynchronous and 1MB frameless spindle motors, offering a power output that ranges from 30 to 52 kilowatts. This drive controller operates using digital signals to ensure high stiffness and a wide speed range, delivering utmost efficiency in numerically controlled machinery. Its precision is exceptional even at extremely low speeds, thanks to a maximum rotor position detection of 1/4000000 revolution. This controller operates with a 300A current and three-phase rated connection voltage of 3 x AC 400V/50Hz, 3 x AC 460V/60Hz, and has a safety feature to halt the main spindle during a power interruption. Employing an analog interphase for the speed setpoint, the controller doesn't necessitate another controller input. Additionally, this device conforms to the IP 10 EN 60 529 (DIN VDE 0470) protection class and utilizes a built-in heatsink and air blower for efficient temperature regulation.
