Bosch Rexroth Indramat's RAC 2.2-250-380-A0I-W1 is a state-of-the-art servo drive system engineered to control the speed and position of both 1MB frameless and 2AD asynchronous motors with high precision. Possessing the capacity to manage the main spindle, this system's high-resolution feedback feature enables continuous rotor position monitoring and control as precise as 1/400 000th of a turn. Capable of low-speed operation, the model has an optional encoder for enhanced real-time motion control. Furthermore, this device offers easy spindle synchronization via an additional encoder input and asynchronous input. For tapping and screwing operations, an incremental position encoder can be linked. Also included is a serial interface port for storing and loading parameters on a desktop computer. With a wide-speed range operation and stiff control response, this model is suitable for use with machine tools.
