The RAC 2.3-200-460-L00-W1 is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat controller from the RAC 2 Series. This controller manages the operations of the 2AD Asynchronous main spindle motors and the 1MB frameless spindle motor. The motor output for the controller ranges from 30kW to 52kW. This main spindle drive controller weighs 121kg, the M1-RAC4 mounting frame weighs 2kg, and the M2-RAC (hose cooling) accessories weigh 1.7kg. The controller has a connection voltage of either 3×AC 400V, 50Hz, ±15% or 3×AC 460V, 60Hz, ±10% and a current of 400A. No additional encoder inputs, bleeders, or interfaces are included. The controller uses a built-in fan for cooling and has a continuous output of 65kW that peaks at 78kW It has an EN 60529 (DIN VDE 0470) IP 100 protection rating and is classified in humidity category F according to DIN 40 040. While operating, the permanent ambient temperature should fall between 5°C-45°C, but storage and transport temperatures can range from -35°C to 85°C.
