The Bosch Rexroth RAC 3.5-100-460-A00-W1-220 main spindle drive controller offers reliable and precise control of the 1MB and 2AD series of motors. With a continuous power output of 10-30kW, this controller supports a wide speed range, and its built-in position control loop ensures accuracy. Unique features include independent spindle positioning and C-axis operation. This series 3 and design 1 controller is equipped with a fan for cooling and a programming module. The rotor's position is recognized with fine resolution, and the unit, intended for control cabinet installation, has a comprehensive connector for motor feedback. Rated for a supply voltage of 3 x 380 to 460V and current of 70A, it can function effectively from 5°C to 45°C without data restriction. Adhering to DIN VDE 0160 specifications, the controller includes a heat-venting lid and calls for a 160mm gap above and below when installed in a cabinet.
