The Bosch Rexroth RAC 3.5-150-460-A00-W1-220 is a main spindle drive controller with digital controls for both asynchronous and frameless spindle motors, making it ideal for numerically controlled machine tools. It features an AS programming module, a front control panel consisting of a keypad and display to facilitate the commissioning process. The device includes interfaces for control voltage, motor NTC-resistor, the motor power, and the direct mains. Performance may degrade at altitudes above 1000m. The device adheres to DIN 40 040 specifications for Class F humidity and protects against foreign objects over 50mm in diameter. The controller attaches to the housing using M8 screws and features a built-in 220VAC fan with a 50/60Hz frequency for cooling purposes. It also includes an E1-RAC electrical connection accessories kit. At the motor output shaft, this device delivers a continuous power output of 35kW.
