The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RAC 3.5-150-460-A00-Z1-220 is a spindle drive controller from the RAC series, designed with a built-in bleeder that halts the main spindle during power failures. The device includes a cooling system for internal air flow and is intended for installation within a control cabinet using lifting equipment. The programming module should be affixed to the lower left of the device's front panel using a knurling screw before commissioning. It is mandatory to fit safety guards before operation, and all D-sub connectors must be firmly attached post-commissioning. The controller's front panel display aids in fault diagnosis,  and the device must be stored and transported between temperatures of -30°C and 85°C, in a dry, dust-free environment. The controller's rated supply voltage is 3 x 380 to 460VAC. It also offers an analog speed setpoint at a +/-10V voltage rating, and a microprocessor-controlled drive with software for drive-related parameters. The programming module sports a rating plate for key product details.
